Ericka Alvarez
Ericka began her real estate career in 2002 working for builders and obtained her real estate license in 2008. She became a licensed Broker in 2016 and owned her own brokerage for 5 years before selling and going into independent sales. Ericka has worked in real estate management, mentoring and coaching. She serves in real estate industry leadership on committees and serving on the board of directors for Metrotex, Texas Realtors and NAR. Ericka was selected for the 2026 class of the NAR Leadership Academy where only 20 individuals are selected nationwide. She is the proud Mom of 2 sons. She enjoys her hobbies of cooking and her over 200 house plants.
